Growing up in the La Crosse area, I am fortunate to be surrounded by a supportive community that shaped who I grew up to be. Working with this community soon became something that I am passionate about and wanted to continue to pursue. This passion got me into volunteering for my local youth foundation which I am a part of to this day and got me to apply for the position of Fund Development Director here at The Parenting Place. Being the Fund Development Director I am working with our donors in the community and providing them with the best communication and stewardship possible. I also get to talk about how great of a job my colleagues are doing here at The Parenting Place, which is becoming one of my favorite things.  As this organization continues to be an impactful part of our community and I am excited to be a part of its growing impact.
